All ready-to-wear wigs are handmade to order and ship within 7–12 business days (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Please do not contact customer service regarding your order status unless it has passed the 12-business-day window, as we cannot provide updates prior to that timeframe.

Extensions & Bundles

Bundles and extensions ship within 7–10 business days.
This does not include weekends or holidays.

Because our hair is imported and undergoes strict quality control, a buffer period may be required to ensure you receive the best quality possible. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once scanned by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
